Meet the Instructors

Molly Hierholzer
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the incredible way the human body is designed to heal, adapt, and grow stronger. That curiosity became a calling, and today it's the foundation of everything we do at 5 Elements Wellness.
I'm a lifelong student of health and wellness, holding nine certifications across the natural healing arts, including nutrition, yoga, Pilates, personal training, natural healthcare practitioner, senior strength and mobility, Reiki, essential oils, Bach Flower Remedies and Life Coaching.
While I love learning, what I love even more is helping people apply that knowledge in practical, life changing ways. My Philosophy is simple: movement is medicine, strength is one of the greatest investments we can make in our future, and true wellness happens when we care for the whole person- not just a number on the scale.
Whether you're hoping to lose weight, reduce pain, regain mobility, build strength, or simply feel like yourself again, you'll be met with compassion, encouragement, and a plan designed specifically for you. I believe every person deserves to feel capable, confident, and excited about what their body can do, regardless of age or where they're starting.
As a proud mom of four amazing kids, I understand the demands of balancing family, work, and life. That's why I strive to make wellness realistic, sustainable, and something that fits into everyday living- not another source of stress.
When I'm not in the wellness center, you'll usually find me reading a book, planning my next travel adventure, enjoying live music, soaking up the sunshine, spending time visiting my kids, or sharing meaningful conversations with close friends.
My greatest joy is watching someone realize they're stronger than they ever believed possible. That's why I do this work. It's not just about helping people live longer- it's about helping them live better.

Carla Niblick
Carla began her wellness adventure by attending a women's weekend yoga retreat in 2009. It included gentle yoga and a wonderful practice called Yoga Nidra, that was totally relaxing. I felt like I was floating! It was so powerful- I remember saying to myself "People need to know about this!"
That weekend prompted Carla to seek out yoga teacher training.
As a retired teacher, it seemed like the perfect fit to continue learning new ideas and skills to share with others. Carla began teaching Gentle and Restorative in 2010 and over the years added more trainings - deepening her understanding of the benefits and practices of gentle and restorative yoga with an emphasis on bringing yogic practices into everyday life. Her inspiration comes from the energy and community she receives from practicing yoga with others.
Currently Carla is working on a Qi Gong certification (an ancient practice that combines slow flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation). She is certified in Gentle Somatic Yoga, Chair Yoga, Urban Zen Integrated Therapy, Dancing Mindfulness and meditation. Her mantra is "We all just want to feel better!"
Fun Fact: Carla has four little "canine kids"- Opal the Beagle, Truman the Havenese, Dolly the Bishon Frise, and Thelma Lou the Chihuahua who oversees everything!

Margie Buscher
Margie has been sharing the gift of Yoga since 2013, when she completed her first teacher training through YogaFit at the YMCA. She later earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2017 and has been a beloved instructor at the studio for many years.
She believes that yoga is for every age and stage of life. Her classes focus on mindfulness, gentle stretching, balance, and overall well-being, encouraging students to move with patience, listen to their bodies, and let each pose meet them where they are.
At 82 years old, Margie is a beautiful reminder that yoga is a lifelong practice. Her kindness, wisdom, and calming presence inspire others to keep moving, never give up on themselves, and nurture the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
She loves reminding her students that while life changes with age, the practice of yoga is always there to support us.
