MORE ABOUT 5 ELEMENTS WELLNESS

Wellness is not a set destination. It is a deeply ever-evolving journey that looks different for every person who walks through our door.
 

At 5 Elements Wellness, we believe that building strength, restoring mobility, and investing in your longevity creates a foundation for everything else to follow. Our center, our instructors, and our community exist to hold space for you, to support you, and to walk alongside you throughout your journey.

That journey starts on the mat. We offer one of the widest variety of yoga styles in the area, with classes taught by experienced instructors trained through the Yoga Alliance. About 20 classes a week run across a range of styles in a single studio designed for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, including:

Hatha, Restorative, Gentle, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot, Ashtanga, Chair, Men's, Kids, Tweens, Teens, and more.

All classes are available on a drop-in basis, though some require registration.

Beyond the weekly schedule, we host a variety of events, workshops, and retreats throughout the year — check our calendar for what's coming up. For students ready to go deeper, our 200-hour Certified Teacher Training Program offers a path to take your practice further.

We keep plenty of props on hand — blocks, straps, blankets, sandbags, and more — to help you move deeper into postures than you might on your own, and loaner mats are always available if you forget yours (just be sure to wipe it down after). Above all, we take pride in a clean, supportive, and beautiful studio, with instructors whose care and professionalism reflect that same standard.
