FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Browse the schedule, click on the class you want, then click "Reserve." You will be prompted to sign in with your name, email, and phone number. You can register for more than one person and check "Remember my details" for faster registration next time.
Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Walk-ins are always welcome, though spots are subject to availability. If a class is fully booked online, pre-registered students take priority.
As soon as a class appears on the calendar, it is open for registration. You can reserve your spot weeks in advance. Early registration is the best way to guarantee your space.
You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email.
You can cancel up to 3 hours prior to the class start time. The sooner the better, so that someone else can get that spot. Here is a full breakdown of our cancellation policy by scenario.
Group Classes
Cancel 12 or more hours before class: No penalty. Your credit is returned to your account.
Cancel within 12 hours of class: $5 late cancellation fee. Your credit is returned.
No-show: Your full class credit is forfeited. Unlimited members will also be charged a $5 no-show fee.
1:1 Sessions
Cancel 24 or more hours before your session: No penalty.
Cancel within 24 hours of your session: The full session fee will be charged, or your credit will be forfeited.
No-show: The full session fee will be charged. A credit card is required on file at the time of booking.
Exceptional Circumstances
Life happens. If something genuine comes up, reach out to us, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis with no fee.
There is no online waitlist at this time. If a class is full and you would like to be added to a manual waitlist, send us a text at 419-733-3066, and we will let you know if a spot opens up.
Registration closes at class start time or when the class reaches capacity.
The class may have already started, reached capacity, or may not be available for online pre-registration. Classes not available for pre-registration are marked as "Donation Based." Contact us directly if you have questions about a specific class.
We ask that you cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it so someone else can take your spot. Please refer to the cancellation policy outlined above for a full breakdown of fees by scenario.
For workshops and special events, payment is required in advance. Refunds are handled individually based on the circumstances.
Reserved students must check in 5 to 10 minutes before class starts or risk losing their spot. If a reserved student has not checked in by that time, their space may open up for walk-ins.
